RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Product purchased via www.shop.biotropicsmalaysia.com are allowed to be returned for exchange due to the following reasons:

• •   Product quality issues (missing capsule, discoloration, etc.)
• •   Product received is not satisfactory due to unproper delivery handling (broken, spill)

Return within 3 days of receiving the product(s) (beginning the date of item received) ordered from www.shop.biotropicsmalaysia.com

Product(s) can be returned for exchange, provided the product(s) is returned in its original condition with original product packaging.

If the product(s) has been discounted either by promotion or coupon codes, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount i.e. paid price for the product(s) less the coupon amount as indicated on the receipt. Delivery charges paid in the original order are non-refundable.

Refund payments will be made to customer account within 7-14 days.

Product(s) sold at mark down prices cannot be returned.

Only product(s) purchased on Biotropics Malaysia e-commerce (www.shop.biotropicsmalaysia.com) can be exchanged or returned.

Biotropics Malaysia Berhad reserves the right for final decision to accept return items and refund procedures.
