Return Policy

We offer an exchange or refund within the first 30 days of your purchase for only quality issues on the product received. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

The item must be kept in its original packaging. To complete the return request, we require the receipt, picture proof of the product received and its issues, and product details (expiry date, batch no. and manufacturing date).

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

The following are exempt from refunds:

• Free Gifts Items (products, other gifts)
• Any item not kept in its original packaging
• Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is return request more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account (minus shipping fees, if applicable) within a certain 14 working days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received a refund yet, please contact your bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If still not received, please contact us at info@biotropicsmalaysia.com with your order ID.

SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are fully borne by customer and is non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Biotropics Malaysia reserves

• the right to reject requests for returns and/or refunds where (i) such requests are deemed habitual in our sole and absolute discretion; and/or (ii) there is suspicion
• the right to final decision
• the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
