SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with the parcel tracking number when your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Please expect slight delays during online peak sales season (PayDay, 9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12) and festive, as there will be possible delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service backlogs that are outside of our control.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

All orders to addresses within Malaysia (peninsular, Sabah and Sarawak) is FREE and will be using courier Ninja Van.

Once parcel is ready and picked up, Ninja Van will notify the progress of your parcel through email and SMS. You may also check your parcel progress through the provided tracking no. provided at website https://www.ninjavan.co/en-my/tracking

IN-STORE PICKUP

We also provide free local pickup at Biotropics Malaysia, Lot 21, Jalan U1/19, Section U1, Hicom Glenmarie Industrial Park, 40150 Shah Alam, Malaysia. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 4 business days. Our in-store pickup hours are only during Monday-Friday (workdays) between 9:00 AM to 4:30PM. Please have your order confirmation email and order ID with you when you come.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping with a postage fee to be paid by the customer using EMS Courier. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International delivery timelines are between 14 – 20 days depending on the destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We will not be responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

At this time, we do not ship to European countries and Israel.
